I am a Birth Doula and specialize in natural  (physiological, normal) birth, VBAC, and Family Centered Cesarean. I provide Lactation Consultation Services and believe in your ability to feed your baby! I am a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist and specialize in Prenatal, Postpartum, and Labor Support massage, as well as, Body Balance Restoration and Pain Reduction.  

I am a Human and Microbial Biologist with extensive knowledge of Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a passion for natural medicine! I work with numerous midwives and obstetricians in the area to ensure that you have the best childbirth experience possible.  I have experience and qualifications to help you prenatally with massage, childbirth education, and nutrition, physiological or natural childbirth, and through your postpartum period with breastfeeding and bonding with your infant. I enjoy working with families holistically Prenatally and in the Postpartum period to meet their needs. I have been practicing massage since 2005. I am Nationally Board Certified by the NCBTMB, and registered to perform massage in the state of Colorado. I have been a certified NeuroMuscular Therapist for 10 years. I have a very in depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology. In the course of my baccalaureate degree, I took such classes as: Human Anatomy and Physiology, as well as, Advanced Human Physiology, Advanced Cadaver Anatomy, and Neurobiology. This allowed me an intimate and well rounded understanding of blood supply, muscular function, and neuromuscular functioning. I thoroughly enjoy putting this education into practice to reduce pain, discomfort, postural dysfunctions, and myofascial tightness. 

During much of my early career, I contracted with Physical Therapy and Neurology practices, and Acute Accident Clinics treating such neurological diagnoses as Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Scoliosis, Post-Polio Syndrome, Reynauds, Paraplegics and Quadraplegics. I treated a wide range of orthopedic issues as limb amputation, spinal stenosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, herniated ruptured, torn disc, slipped, collapsed, and protruding, as well as, degenerative disc disease. I treated, both pre-surgically and post-surgically, hip replacements, knee replacements, disc reconstruction, fusion, and laminectomy, of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spines.
